As part of the Chiiki Okoshi Kyoryokutai, her mission starts contributing to local revitalization by building a healthier, more connected community through movement.
What she brings to the Box and the Community
As the Facility Manager, she supports the daily operations and the overall environment of the box, ensuring it's a welcoming and effective space for everyone. As a trainer, she believes CrossFit builds strength and endurance—but true, long-term performance starts with quality movement. That’s why she integrates calisthenics and neuromotor programming into training to:
